A credit is consumed based on the type of Virtual Human training and the length of time the learner trains.
Credits are used as follows:

1 credit = 2.5 minutes of advanced voice training
Credits are only deducted for the time spent actively training in Virtual Human scenarios. Interactive videos and standard content playback do not consume credits unless they include Virtual Human training.
No, credits do not roll over. Your package includes a set of credits per month, which resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Yes! If a user with a Learner, Admin, or Content Creator license leaves your organization, you can reassign their license to another user within the platform.

You can have up to 5 concurrent sessions active at the same time. If you reach this limit, you’ll need to close or end an existing session before starting a new one.
